I used to be able to add application shortcuts, such as Chrome, Notepad, and Windows Explorer, to my Links Toolbar in Windows 10 on my old PC, but I can’t seem to remember or figure out how to do it on my new PC, even though it is also running Windows 10.

The Links Toolbar is hidden by default, but can be made visible by right-clicking on the taskbar and selecting Toolbars -> Links. Once it is visible, I should be able to add application shortcuts to it, but I can’t seem to find a way to do it.

I can easily add shortcuts to the taskbar, but I prefer the Links Toolbar because it allows me to have smaller icons and different behavior when clicking on the shortcuts. How can I add application shortcuts to the Links Toolbar in Windows 10 Pro?
