I have Windows 10 64bit on my Samsung Q330. I decided to update the BIOS through the BIOS Updater application available on the Samsung website.
After starting, the update failed generating the following message:
Loading driver failed. Restart system.
As far as I could tell, I did everything right.
What could be going wrong?
Thanks for all the answers.

Looking at the Samsung page for your Samsung Q330 laptop model, in the downloads section, you can see the BIOS update installation wizard application.
As you can see, this application was launched on April 27, 2012, a time when Windows 7 reigned absolute over planet Earth.
After some research, I found that this application is not fully compatible with Windows 10. This is a 32-bit application. Even so, I saw reports of users who managed to run this application on Windows 10 using Windows 7 compatibility mode.
